Living Life the Happy Way and Oceana Reiki Spa would like to introduce our Raise Your Vibes Monthly Chakra Healing and Meditative Sound Infusion with Reiki experience. Each month, join us as we emphasize a new chakra or chakra pair. Time will be suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation, experience, and healing. It begins with information on a highlighted chakra and how to heal and nourish it. Next a guided meditation will prepare your mind and body for the sound immersion where you will experience deep relaxation and a profound sense of stillness and serenity. Come and let their healing frequencies and vibrations flow over you and melt away any stress, anxiety, and worries. You will leave feeling relaxed, uplifted, and renewed.
Love My Body Reiki-infused Body Scrub Workshop – $25

Living Life the Happy Way and Oceana Reiki Spa would like to introduce our Love My Body Reiki-Infused Body Scrub Workshop. Join us as we mix four custom-designed body scrubs to pamper yourself with during the Fall and Winter months. During this uplifting workshop, you will get to mix and take home three, 4-oz glass jars of body scrubs infused with essential oils, herbs, and positive Reiki energy. You will learn about the benefits of using salts, sugars, and oils and mindful and relaxing tips to help keep any summertime stress at bay. All supplies will be included with the class.
Living Life the Happy Way and Oceana Reiki Spa would like to introduce our Journey through the Chakras Day Retreat. Whether you are at the beginning of your healing journey or just seeking to further your knowledge and add to your healing tool kit, this day retreat is for you. Come immerse yourself in a sensory exploration of the seven chakras and learn how to bring yourself into balance. Let your senses out to play as you experience healing frequencies, nourishing foods, essential oils, and crystal vibrations, etc., associated with healing each chakra. End the day with a cacao ceremony, guided meditation, sound bath, and reiki session that will place you into a deeply relaxed state that fosters inner peace.
